Getting "This site can't be reached" error when visiting your site or accessing webmail? Or receiving "unable to connect to server" error on your email client (outlook)? Please visit https://unblock.offnetwork.net/ from the device you are experiencing issues on and send us the information shown on that page, along with your error message and screenshot.

If you are unable to send or receive emails with your email client like Outlook, please first try sending and receiving emails from the Webmail interface at https://tiger.felinetech.net/webmail/ or https://yourdomain.com/webmail/.

If email works fine from webmail, but you can not use the email client, please visit https://unblock.offnetwork.net/ from the device you are experiencing issues on and send us the information shown on that page, along with your error message you get on email client and screenshot.

If you find an issue in sending or receiving email, even from webmail, log in to DirectAdmin control panel at https://tiger.felinetech.net:2222/ or https://yourdomain.com:2222/ and look into Email Manager > E-mail tracking. This tool lists all your incoming and outgoing emails and shows the reason why an email delivery has failed.

  • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com or tiger.felinetech.net
    Port: 993 for IMAP and 995 for POP. Encryption: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com or tiger.felinetech.net
    Port: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • If there is an option for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", that must be enabled.
